Dr. Pearce has met the owner and visited the property. He and his wife wish to rent to seminary students, or a Christian couple/family associated or unassociated with NLTS. They are flexible on payments, security deposit, and renting with or without the furniture currently in the unit. Brian understands that the rent/lease agreement will be solely between himself and the student(s) who contacts him to reflect their interest.
