Carolina School of Law.Timothy Bailey was previously employed by Morgan Stanley but has been employed by Wachovia/Wells Fargo since 2000 where he serves as an Assistant Vice President Business Banker for the Charlotte region. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Auburn.
Pearlie Cureton-Borders, Vice-Chair, is a retired CMS Principal/Ed, of Charlotte, NC. She holds an A. A. from Central Piedmont Community College, B. A. and M. Ed. from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Advanced Specialist degree from Appalachian University, and a Masters in Theological Studies and Christian Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Mrs. Borders has vast board experience on the following boards: Youth Development Initiative, Youth Commission International, Historic Latta Plantation, Historic African American Museum of Church History, and Johnston YMCA.
Paul Bradley is Owner and CEO of Bradley Antique Automotive of Charlotte, NC. He is a graduate of Davidson College and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Previous employment includes First Union Bank, Strategic Planning Associates, and Coca Cola USA.
James Dana Bryan is Senior Pastor of Charlotte's Center City Chapel. He is a graduate of Florida Bible College and has served churches in Ottawa, Canada, Santa Cruz, California, and Charlotte, North Carolina. He has served on numerous boards, including: Hope Cancer Ministries, and Word of the Street Ministries.
Gary Franceschi is a graduate of Clemson University. He is Owner and CEO of Franceschi Architects, PLLC of Charlotte, NC.
Eddie G. Grigg is Founder and President of New Life Theological Seminary. He is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has thirty-six years of experience in the ministry and education fields, and serves as a consultant in administration and ethnic-urban issues for churches, schools, and local governments. Under his leadership the Seminary has continued to develop and holds TRACS Accreditation as a Category III Institution. He holds numerous honors and as virtue of the office of President sits on the Seminary's Board.
Rodney Jackson is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and is a current student at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is employed by Microsoft as a Senior Premier Field Engineer.
Robert A. Joyner serves as the Board Chairman. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and is Owner and CEO of Robert A. Joyner, CPA, PLLC of Mooresville, NC. In addition to his services at New Life Theological Seminary, he currently serves on the boards of Serenity House (Hospice) and Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Joyner serves as a Chairman of Deacons at Trinity Baptist Church (Mooresville, NC), is on the NC Baptist Men's Executive Committee, and Coordinator for the NC Aviation Ministry.
Don Rhodes of Huntersville, NC, is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He has worked at Davidson College, Cole Manufacturing, Comshare - Trust Services Division, Associated Data Services, Southern Foods, and Covenant Prison Ministries. Mr. Rhodes has board experience with Safer Communities Ministry, Charlotte North Camp of the Gideons International, Charlotte Correctional Center Community Resource Council, and Crossroads Reentry Ministry.
Jimmie Sartin lives in Charlotte, NC and is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College. After retiring from the U. S. Marine Corps in 1991 he worked for the NC Department of Corrections and later the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office.
