Message from the President

I delight that you are considering New Life Theological Seminary as the institution to help you train to serve God, and I promise you that this seminary will commit all of our wonderful resources to help you attain the needed preparation. God has given me an intense desire to help, encourage, and equip those He has called into His service. I can truly say that I understand the pressures and frustrations of ministry as well as the joys and rewards.

As president, I emphasize strong morals and integrity in the life of God’s servants at all times, relevant scholarship and the highest academic achievement attainable for every scholar, and multi-cultural worship and dissolving of interracial mistrust. The leadership team, which the Board of Directors and I have developed, is committed to building the best institute of urban and ethnic Christian studies in America and in equipping servant leaders to change and shape the world for Jesus Christ.

This is an exciting time to be a student at New Life Theological Seminary! As a prospective student, you may wonder if you can handle the hardship of continuing your education. I encourage you to accept the challenge by enrolling and seeking a superior education. Remember that our Lord has promised to reward faithfulness. He will supply both the strength and the finances if you will trust Him and take this step of obedience to His leading.
